Recognised global authority in the relevant field
C-suite, ministerial, or equivalent leadership position
Original perspective of strategic significance
20-30 minute presentation format
Subject to congress committee approval

Panel Speaker & Expert Contributor

Participation in a moderated panel session within a specific congress track -- contributing expert knowledge and strategic insight across a focused discussion topic.

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in the relevant track area
Minimum senior director or equivalent level
Ability to represent an institutional or market perspective
40-60 minute moderated panel format
Brief bio and headshot required at submission

Research Paper Presentation

Submission and presentation of an original research paper within a dedicated academic and applied research session -- open to university researchers, think tanks, and industry research teams.

Abstract Submission Deadline

Prepare your abstract -- 300-500 words outlining your paper topic, methodology, and key findings or perspectives. Indicate the relevant congress track.

Include your profile -- full name, title, organisation, short biography (150 words), and headshot. For speaker nominations, include speaking experience.

Submit via email -- send your submission to the congress papers committee. All submissions are reviewed within 10 working days.

If accepted -- you will receive confirmation and a full paper submission deadline (30 days prior to congress). Selected papers may be published in the congress proceedings.

Review Process

Selection Criteria

All paper submissions and speaker nominations are reviewed by the congress programme committee against the following criteria to ensure the highest standard of congress content.

Strategic Relevance

The submission must align with one or more congress tracks and contribute a substantive perspective to the strategic discourse on future living, mobility, capital, or urban development.

Originality & Insight

Submissions must present original analysis, new data, or a genuinely novel perspective. Promotional content or previously published material is not accepted.

Presenter Credentials

The presenting author or speaker must hold a recognised position of authority -- senior leadership, academic standing, or demonstrated expertise within the relevant field.

Practical Applicability

Preference is given to submissions that connect research or analysis to real-world application, investment decision-making, or actionable strategic insight for congress participants.

International Perspective

The congress serves a global audience across 80+ countries. Submissions reflecting cross-border insights, comparative analysis, or international market perspectives are strongly encouraged.

Audience Alignment

Content must be appropriate for a senior B2B congress audience of investors, executives, and institutional leaders -- not introductory, not promotional, and not consumer-facing in nature.
